Reserve. Adicione os ovos à mistura de açúcar e manteiga. Mexa bem. Em seguida, coloque a essência de baunilha e acrescente a farinha intercalada com o leite de coco, mexendo o tempo todo para que a massa não empelote. Logo depois, acrescente o coco ralado e, por fim, adicione o fermento. Coloque a massa em pequenas forminhas de papel e leve ao forno pré-aquecido a 180° C por 40 minutos. Vale lembrar que, como a massa vai crescer, não é preciso encher a forminha por completo. Um pouco mais que a metade já é o suficiente<br /><br />Recheio:<br />Enquanto a massa estiver assando, aproveite para deixar o recheio pronto. Misture o leite condensado ao coco ralado. Em seguida, acrescente o leite de coco para deixá-lo menos densa.<br /><br />Montagem:<br />Assim que o cupcake estiver assado, tire-o do forno e deixe esfriar. Leve ao fogo brando, mexendo sempre, até desgrudar do fundo da panela (isso leva, aproximadamente, 10 minutos).</div>

3 cenouras pequenas<br />

1 xícara (chá) de óleo de canola<br />
400 g / 2 copos (americanos) de açúcar<br />
300 g / 2 copos (americanos) de farinha de trigo<br />
1 colher (sopa) de fermento em pó<br />
Modo de Preparo<br />
1. Preaqueça o forno a 180°C (temperatura média). Unte uma assadeira retangular (ou redonda) com manteiga e polvilhe com farinha.<br />

2. Com uma faca, descasque as cenouras e corte-as em pedaços.<br />
<br />
3. Peneire a farinha de trigo e o fermento em pó.<br />
<br />
4. No liquidificador, junte o óleo, os ovos, o açúcar e os pedaços cenoura. Bata até obter um creme liso.<br />
<br />
5. Numa tigela grande, coloque o creme de cenoura batido. Com uma colher, adicione a farinha de trigo e o fermento em pó peneirados aos poucos. Misture bem.<br />

6. Na fôrma untada, despeje a massa ao e leve forno preaquecido para assar por, aproximadamente, 40 minutos ou até que esteja assado. Para verificar o ponto do bolo, espete um palito na massa. Se sair limpo, está pronto. Retire o bolo do forno e cubra com a calda quente.<br />

INGREDIENTES PARA O RECHEIO:<br />
300 gr de chocolate meio amargo<br />
175 gr de manteiga sem sal<br />
125 ml de água<br />
30 gr de açúcar mascavo<br />

MODO DE PREPARO:<br />
1- Misture o cacau c o açúcar mascavo e dissolva na água a ferver (reserve).<br />
2-Misture a farinha , fermento e o bicarbonato (reserve)<br />
3-Bata manteiga e açúcar (reserve)<br />
4-Junte um ovo inteiro, seguindo de uma colher de farinha e bater para incorporar.<br />
5-Deixe bater por alguns segundos e junte 2 ovos e mais uma colher de farinha de trigo e bata até que fique homogêneo.<br />
6-Adicione o restante da farinha de trigo.<br />
7-Por fim junte o cacau dissolvido na água e misture<br />
8-Divida a massa em 2, forno pré a 180° durante 30 minutos.<br />
9-Desenformar e resfriar.<br />

12-Espere esfriar<br />

3/4 xícara de óleo (180 ml)<br />
6 bananas nanicas picadas<br />
2 xicaras de farinha de rosca peneirada<br />
1 colher de chá de fermento em pó<br />
3 xícaras de açucar<br />
Para untar, manteiga e farinha de rosca<br />
Para polvilhar, açucar e canela em pó<br />
Para cobrir açucar de confeiteiro<br />

MODO DE FAZER:<br />
No liquidificador, bata os ovos, o óleo, as bananas picadas e reserve.<br />
Num recipiente, misture a farinha de rosca peneirada, o fermento e o açucar.<br />
Junte as duas misturas e coloque numa forma untada c manteiga e farinha de<br />
rosca. Com uma peneira fina, salpique por cima da massa a mistura de açucar e canela.<br />
Leve parra assar por 40 min. em forno médio pré aquecido.<br />

Coloque-os no liquidificador e acrescente o LEITE MOÇA®, o leite, a manteiga e os ovos. Bata bem e acrescente o fermento em pó. Coloque a massa em uma fôrma de aro removível (24cm de diâmetro) untada com manteiga. Leve ao forno médio (180°C), pré-aquecido, por cerca de 40 minutos. Retire do forno, espere amornar, desenforme e passe para um prato de servir. A consistência do bolo é bem úmida e macia. Se preferir, substitua o milho verde por duas latas de milho em conserva.</span>

2 tabletes de fermento (de pão)<br />
2 xicaras de farinha de trigo<br />
150 gramas de manteiga (derretida)<br />
1 xicara e ½ de açúcar<br />
2 ovos batidos<br />
2 xicaras de leite<br />
1 pitada de sal<br />
Uva passas a gosto<br />
Para a cobertura<br />
1 xicara de Farinha<br />
1/2 Manteiga sem sal<br />
1 xicara de Açúcar<br />
2 colheres de sopa de Canela em pó<br />
Modo de fazer a cobertura: Junte todos os ingredientes e misture com as mãos até virar uma farofa grossa, para ser despejada em cima da massa em crescimento.<br />
Modo de fazer a massa: Coloque numa bacia, os 2 tabletes de fermento, o leite, a manteiga derretida, os ovos batidos e 1 pitada de sal, vá misturando e acrescente depois a farinha de trigo e o açúcar. Bata bastante com as mãos, até formar uma massa não consistente como a de pão. (mais mole) Deixe descansando na bacia para crescer bastante, e depois coloque em formas. Coloque algumas uva passas por cima e algumas se quiser dentro da massa, e coloque a farofa por cima. Deixe crescer por mais um tempo, e quando estiver passando do limite da forma, só então coloque no forno, pré aquecido (180º a 200º) por aproximadamente 40 min. Não abra o forno enquanto estiver assando.<br />
